I love the idea of reclaiming items for use as decoration. There are so many interesting things in this world that get thrown away, and not only is it wasteful it also dismisses some creative uses. For example, this “reclaimed tool bowl” from Uncommon Goods is a fabulous use of old materials. Can’t you just see this bowl in a loft or somewhere? Of course, if you were to make this yourself you’d have to clean up those tool parts. But still. It’s a great material and really makes an artistic statement.

Seriously Lust Worthy Lundberg Design House

That title’s not joking around. This home is one of those top ten dream homes you hear about. Well, it’s one of my top ten dream homes anyhow. Actually if you wanted to create a top ten dream structure list you could just visit the Lundberg Design and be perfectly fine. All the work is appealing; some is more offbeat than others but all have aesthetics and flow that make you drool.
