Buy a laptop vs. a desk top computer: Desk top computers use a lot more energy and materials in general than laptops.
Look for the energy star label: Various computers, printers, and other computer related office equipment now wear the Energy Star label so don’t buy one without it.

E-cycling is just like it sounds; electronic recycling. That said, the term covers a broad area of recyclables, from cell phones to computers to televisions and more. If it’s an electronic, it’s cool to recycle it when its lifespan is over.
