Resistance Is No Longer Futile

Resistance bands, that is. Whether you’re an expert or a newbie, Vital Juice Daily’s post on how to use them is a great tool.
I’ve been wanting to try a resistance band with my pilates workout, but have found it completely intimidating. And then after seeing what Jaimie did with her resistance band on So You Think You Can Dance, I decided to forget about it! No way did I want to end up in some kind of forced split.
But now I’m thinking maybe it won’t be so bad. Any advice? Leave your tips in the comments.

What Your Workout Program MIGHT Be Missing…

If you’re trying to be consistent with a daily fitness program, and you’re not seeing results, maybe you’re missing one of the important aspects. Your exercise program should contain three components:
Warm-up/ Cool-down Stretching
Aerobic — something to get your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes
Resistance Training (Weights)
