<p>I&#8217;m so irritated with myself this morning. I was down to 206, but I messed that up last night. </p>
<p>When the kids and I got in from church, I was tired. That was <u>Warning Sign#1.</u> I put on my jammies and started feeling <a href="http://www.blisstree.com/2008/05/06/will-power-is-my-middle-name/">junk food cravings</a>. That was <u>Warning Sign #2.</u> I fixed myself a small bag of popcorn. When I finished eating that, I still wanted <a href="http://www.blisstree.com/2008/04/26/need-motivation-watch-this-video/">something more to eat</a>. <em>Not</em> because I was hungry, though. <strong>I just wanted to eat.</strong> That was <u>Warning Sign #3.</u></p>
<p>I&#8217;ll take my single pound loss for last week, but I&#8217;m not happy at all about it. (This seems to be a <a href="http://www.blisstree.com/2008/05/05/week-5-weigh-in/">recurring theme</a> with me, doesn&#8217;t it?) </p>
