Recently we held a giveaway for a prenatal dance fitness DVD, and the winner is: Allison! Allison was chosen at random and said in her comment, “This would be fantastic–I’m in my 2nd trimester and would love to be a bit more in shape for delivery and so maybe the 3rd trimester (during the summer…) will be a little more bearable!”
Congrats, Allison! I know you’re going to love this DVD.

Congrats, Allison! I know you’re going to love this DVD.

I caught an article recently that talked about staying in shape during pregnancy, and one of the points was to not rely on your heart to see if you’ve overdone it. Great point. When a regular person exercises, it’s easy to see when we’re at our limit because our heart rate goes up and breathing becomes labored. But working out when you are pregnant is a whole different thing. So be careful and only do what feels good to your body. This DVD should be a great start.
