When Truman was old enough to realize the concept of vacation, he took to the idea quite warmly. His favorite place in the world became the beach.
When he was not quite 2 years old, we spent a week on the Gulf Coast of Florida (along Highway 30-A between Rosemary and Seaside, if you are familiar with the area).
