This week was a pretty good week for me. After stumbling through weeks and weeks (perhaps months and months) of just ambling around, having no real direction, and letting “problems” continue to fester and multiply, I finally took some control. I made plans. I made appointments. I made decisions. I updated my planner and thus far I’ve stuck to it.
I stopped avoiding.
And I feel great.
Now it’s time for some Saturday Sanity, and I hope by this time next week, I still feel just as great.

Unless you’re going the natural route like me (which is not for everyone, obviously), chances are you’re taking one or more prescription medications for your mental health.
