Here’s a tutorial I found on how to create diagonal rays using patterned paper. I chose StarOfMay’s video tutorial as she explains what to do in a simple way where it is easy to understand and easier to follow!
The end result is so nice! She used various patterned paper, a bit of stamping, embellishing with ribbon. Such a gorgeous card!

Scrapbook Brag Book Tutorial

I’ve been receiving emails asking for scrapbook tutorials and here’s what I found that I intend to do. I’ve always loved making brag books especially as we live overseas, it’s a perfect gift for my parents to see their granddaughter growing up through photos done in a creative way, of course.

Cari Fennell brings us a brand new tutorial showing hints and tips for using Prima’s paper Paintables! These are a very fun product that allow you to color the paper to customize your layout! Any art medium can be used. Cari uses Adirondack ink pads and a waterbrush, Permapaque pens by Sakura, as well as walnut ink, but feel free to branch out and use any medium of your choosing!
