Patriot Day can be a sad day as people remember all of the lives lost during the terrorist attacks. Instead of sitting and feeling sad about what happened, I decided I’d like to think of some productive things to do to honor the lives lost. So, what can we do to honor the people who lost their lives on September 11th and to show our support for the people who still mourn their loved ones?

I don’t know how to relate this to diabetes or heart disease, but being an American, I must write about this today September the 11th… so I am sharing this here as well…
