The Easiest Chicken Soup Ever

This past weekend, most of my family was sick, including me. I wanted to make a pot of Chicken Soup, but I honestly could not stand up for very long. I figured that I would take my chances with a simple Crockpot soup method and it turned out great.
My family all has different tastes when it comes to Chicken Soup, so I made a batch of rice, thinking that Sarah and I could add it to ours and Bay could skip it. I also added hot sauce to mine, because I like a bit of heat.

Soy Chorizo Slow Cooker Chili

Yesterday, I talked about Trader Joe’s Soy Chorizo. If you haven’t tried soy chorizo before, it’s a good product. It’s much lower in fat than traditional meat chorizo. It has a lot of flavor and is very adaptable to many different recipes. It makes a great base for Vegetarian Chili.
If you were with me yesterday and you reserved some of the taco filling, then skip the filling recipe and go straight to the chili recipe.
