As a business owner, I am a staunch believer that customer service is THE key ingredient to a successful business.
For me, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics is a superb example of customer support at it’s finest.
It’s only taken me 20 years to figure out how make-up works, in terms what is appropriate my own color palette and application.

The Dog Whisperer often says that he “rehabilitates dogs and trains people”. In many episodes of his show, he will also say that dogs live in the present. They do not understand the past and the do not consider the future.

If I were a smart blogger, I would have created a survey which would help determine the eating habits of small home business owners.
However, it would probably depress me…because, I think most of us in this category don’t eat as well as we should.
