Happy Friday! I hope you have some fun plans for tonight. To help you recover from whatever fun plans you have for tonight, I’m giving you a treasure trove of vegan fruit smoothie recipes from The 30-Day Vegan Challenge by Colleen Patrick-Goudreau. Try one tomorrow morning to cure your hangover, or just fuel whatever weekend fun you have in store. These are really good: I’ve tried them, even though I thought smoothie recipes were a joke (just stick some fruit and protein powder in a blender—how hard can it be?!).
