Tons of members of the US forces have been deployed in various places in the Middle East because of the ongoing war. Now, the US government is looking at shelling out finances so as to be able to help the US forces get better lives there by using the sun’s power. Pasig City Gets Solar Streetlights

Though we have heard of solar-powered streetlights already, we still have not heard of solar streetlights in the Philippines. This is the first time in fact that I have heard of such being installed in the country.In a report, Raquel Naciongayo, the officer of Pasig City’s Environment and Natural Resources department, had mentioned that they are installing such so as to help lessen expenses on energy. At present, they had already installed 27 streetlights and these can be found in the Central Business District and in parts of Barangay Kapitolyo.
