So, I don’t know if I mentioned this earlier today (geez, short term memory), but my modem broke three days ago. What a hassle. I’m happy it’s behind me, I’m thrilled to be back online, and to celebrate that, let’s look at two tech based Offbeat classics.

Why I don’t mess around on Flickr

I like flickr. It does make me a little envious, because I’m the type who will screw up the lighting, or cut off heads in photos without even trying, and there are some pretty talented folks who post at flickr. I can deal with that though. The real reason I don’t mess around on flickr is because there are just way too many cool house photos. If you’re thinking this is going to be some sort of eco-homework assignment where I give you detailed instructions about how to turn paper into a livable offbeat house; well, it’s not. It’s also (sadly so) not a post about an edible spam house.
Did I just use edible and spam in the same sentence? Shudder.
