On my recent stumbling around, I found Alli&#8217;s Paper-Covered Pen Tutorial at One Pearl Button. 

Alli&#8217;s tutorial takes you through the easy steps to transform a plain Bic into something chic. These paper-covered pens would make great little office gifts from a crafty elf.
