Spring break fun does not mean you have to spend a ton of money or go on some exotic trip. It doesn’t even mean you have to visit grandma and grandpa, it might be nice though. You can have fun though, even with your kids and keep it within your budget.

Kids Discover The World Through Flags

Truman rolled out of bed this morning and the first thing out of his mouth was that he wanted to make a flag of Africa. He got a globe for Christmas (to foster his interest in the planets) and he became fascinated with the continents and their countries.
My husband has been sitting down with him nightly and drawing the continents and telling Truman whatever he knows about the countries. Spring Break Ideas for Your Bored Kids

For many, Spring Break doesn’t start for another week but for some crazy reason my children’s school decided we’d do it early. What does this mean? For me, it means I wasn’t prepared for the “Mom, I’m bored, she hit me, he won’t quit looking at me” and all those other sayings that go with four kids being in the same house with absolutely nothing to do.
