Last week I read that SPAM, the iconic and repugnant canned meat, is celebrating its 75th birthday. And while I was impressed at SPAM’s longevity (does anyone who regularly eats the high-sodium pressed ham live that long?), I was much more interested to also read that SPAM has a museum. A museum!
