The swine flu, aka H1N1, only goes back to april 2009 but it has
already marked itself in our history books. So far there have been 1,154 deaths from the Swine flu around the world. (according to a CNN report from August 5th, more have died since then)

Avoid Flu with Common Healthy Habits

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) offers ways to keep yourself and others healthy during the swine influenza outbreak.
According to the CDC, these everyday actions are helpful in preventing flu spread:
• Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.
• Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hands cleaners are also effective.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread that way.
