My Beef With Fit TV

I like to change my work-out routines to keep it fun. I like varieties in order not get bored with my physical activities. If I’m not dancing, doing Tae-Bo, Pilates, or doing my hardcore routine of weights, squats, abs, etc, I usually tune in to Fit TV. I love to work-out with Sharon Mann and sometimes with Gilad. Once in a while, depends on what time I get a chance to work-out in the day, I catch the Yoga show which I love coz it helps me with flexibility and it relaxes my body just like Pilates does. …read more
2 Weeks and Still Full Of Excuses

This month is not going too well. Last week, I was only able to work out twice. I could blame it on the weather, hah. Who wants to get up to a cold morning at 5am when you can enjoy the warm blanket for another hour instead? But like I said, I’ve managed to squeeze in 2 days of working out. 1 day, I did 45 minutes of CRUNCH dance dvd, and the other day I did 45 minutes of Tae-Bo. Tae-Bo Is My Bestfriend

I can’t afford a gym membership. My husband and I would love to be in one and work out there every week but it’s just too damn expensive. Plus the time management factor. That doesn’t stop us from doing our exercise though. There are other ways to work-out. While my husband turned a spare room as him mini-gym equipped with basic weights, a bench, an exercise ball that I should really start using again, boombox for music, etc, I mostly rely on my work-out DVD’s.
