Take the Stairs In March Challenge: Starts Now!

It’s not bikini season yet, but we’re waiting with baited breath for Spring to come, and when it does, we want to spend our time biking, running, walking, and enjoying the outdoors — not panting after one lap around the park. That’s why we’re doing the Take the Stairs in March Challenge, and we think you should do.

The challenge is simple: Climb 240 flights of stairs by the end of March. To meet the goal, you’ll need to climb eight flights of stairs per day, every day, but you can do them when and how you want. Want to climb twenty today and none tomorrow? Fine. Just make sure you’re climbing enough to hit your goal.
