Well, from Bald Man’s “Bachelor” series, you’ll gather that I was gone for a bit. Oh, and I think I mentioned it, too.
Yes, I missed my family. I really did. But I’m so glad I was able to go. I mean, who wouldn’t love to have three hour dinners prepared by a chef, accompanied by wine, conversation, and no one to have to worry about but yourself? Fantastic. Beach bumming didn’t hurt, either.

The Inn at Cedar Falls: Part 2

Though much of our anniversary trip was spent in our cozy cottage, we did get around to enjoying some of the natural surroundings. We also ventured into the quaint town nearby.
Hocking Hills, the area where the Inn at Cedar Falls is located, is home to a beautiful and peaceful wooded area. As expected from the name, the Inn was located right near Cedar Falls. Bed, Breakfast, and a Weekend Away

So, I’d mentioned that we’d wanted to take a trip to celebrate our 10th anniversary, but that it looked like we wouldn’t make it this year. Surprise!!! We’re actually going to be able to get away for a few days together this week, a hopefully relaxing escape before heading into the craziness of the holiday. It’s a bed and breakfast and, if it’s all I’m hoping it will be, we’ll let you know about the accommodations, should you ever decide to vacation in Ohio.
