Congratulations to Sonia Sotomayor for her confirmation to the Supreme Court today. She’s the first Hispanic in United States history to be made a court justice. The senate confirmed her appointment today 68-31.
For those unfamiliar, she is 55, raised in the South Bronx, and has been a federal judge for the last 17 years. Oh that Peyton Manning… he’s quite the card. Apparently he was horsing around and doing some “ProBowl pranks.” He had poor Jay Cutler surrounded by Nick Mangold and Kris Dielman (in excess of 300 pounds EACH). They picked up Cutler and dumped him in the pool.
Manning saved Cutler’s cell phone, but didn’t realize he had his blood sugar monitor on him. Dielman said, “That was a prank where I thought we were smart enough to get the cellphone out of his pocket. But then, ‘Oops.’ ”
