However, I’ll do them once in a great while if someone cool tags me. Since Lifestyles has a killer blog header image, and because so far I enjoy their posts I decided, what the heck.
I’ll tell you 7 things about me that have NOTHING to do with decluttering or organizing, just for fun… (PS if you follow me at any of my other blogs, you may know some of this already – too bad).

Sarah over at the new organizing blog Lifestyles of the Organized tagged me. If you know me, you’ll know how much I hate memes.

7 things you don’t really need to know about me, but sadly, now will…

1. I’m a total X-Files freak – to the point where I owned a Scully doll and cried when it went off air.

2. My son is a total Buffy the Vampire freak. Buffy is ok, but it’s no X-Files. My son, who is 7, and who has watched all 7 seasons of Buffy, has not once been scared by an episode, but is terrified of some Finding Nemo scenes (weird I know). To show you how obsessed he is, he once asked if we could get another baby, just so we could name it Buffy. For those of you flipping out because I allow my son to watch this show; it’s really ok, and he thinks girls kick ass – which is nice.

3. I have really long curls; past my waist and if one more person says, “Hey, do you know you look like Alanis Morissette” I will scream and go nuts. I don’t look anything like Alanis by the way.

4. My two biggest fears as a little kid were Mr. Peanut and Cookie Monster. Maybe I have food issues…

5. When I was young I worked in a little mom & pop shop in a downtown area. Some idiot guy tried to rob the cash register, so I hollered at him, grabbed the money back, and he hit me. So I hit him back, and squirted him in the face with a cleaning solution. I got most of the money back too. THEN the cops, who had caught the whole thing on the store video cameras, called me stupid – because I could have been shot or something. I was more mad with the cops than the robber. You know; don’t come in a store and hit me. I get mad.

6. I was born on a major holiday, and growing up I hated it, because not as many kids can attend birthday parties during the busy holiday season. Can you guess which holiday?

7. Hmmm, I’m out of tidbits. Let’s see… I once wrote a love poem to a blog of mine. I’m kind of silly.

Now I suppose I should tag some folks (sigh). You all know how this works; if I tag you, you tag 7 other people, link to everyone, and so on. Of course feel free to turn this offer down, trust me, there will be NO hard feelings.

1. Peggy at Lively Women (her newest blog)

2. Linette over at Play Library (her newest blog)

3. Cyndi from Cooking Gadgets – (her newest blog)

Anyone seeing a theme here? Yup, it’s new blogs for bloggers day. I think you can safely assume that the last four are new blogs for the named blogger as well…

4. SP Bragg at Keeping the Castle

5. Trench at Parents Behaving Badly

6. Diane at Weighting Line

7. Cherie at Diabetes Notes

There. A bunch of new stuff tagged – go pay them some love. Also, why not visit my tagger, Lifestyles of the Organized - you’ll like it. You could also leave me one random kooky thing about yourself in the comments, if you feel so inclined.
