Have you been told you can’t have a VBAC?

Many women who have C-sections feel that they would like having a VBAC, or vaginal birth after C-section. In many cases, this is possible, providing that the pregnancy following the C-section goes smoothly and the labor is going well.
Unfortunately, because of the ever increasing risk of being sued, many doctors don’t want to do VBACs and – some are more economically minded and prefer to know when they need to be around and they can time C-sections much more easily. For this reason, even without a medical reason for discouraging VBACs, some doctors are just refusing to do them.
