I&#8217;ve posted a few different sources for vintage patterns including:

The Vintage Pattern Lending Library.

A Dress A Day celebrates all things vintage with photos, patterns and even fabric sources.

Don&#8217;t forget that Vogue has a pretty good collection of vintage patterns -  and it&#8217;s worthwhile checking through their discontinued patterns as well.

<p>I&#8217;ve posted a few different sources for vintage patterns including:</p>
<ul>
<li>The <a href="http://www.blisstree.com/more-vintage-patterns-from-the-vintage-pattern-lending-library/" target="_blank">Vintage Pattern</a> Lending Library.</li>
<li>  &#8220;<a href="http://www.blisstree.com/looking-for-vintage-patterns/" target="_blank">Mom&#8217;s Patterns</a>&#8220;.</li>
<li><a href="http://www.blisstree.com/more-art-postcards/" target="_blank">A Dress A Day</a> celebrates all things vintage with photos, patterns and even fabric sources.</li>
</ul>
<p>Don&#8217;t forget that Vogue has a pretty good collection of<a href="http://www.voguepatterns.com/list/vintage_vogue/page-1" target="_blank"> vintage patterns</a> -  and it&#8217;s worthwhile checking through their <a href="http://www.voguepatterns.com/list/out_of_print/page-1" target="_blank">discontinued patterns</a> as well.</p>
<p>Barbara asks:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;<strong>Would love to know the name of suppliers of shisha mirrors or very large sequins. Can anyone help?</strong>&#8220;</p></blockquote>
<p>I know for a fact that my local Michael&#8217;s Arts &amp; Craft store carries them (in the miniatures section I think),  but they&#8217;re not labeled as &#8220;shisha mirrors&#8221;.  It&#8217;s worthwhile going into the store and doing a thorough search for yourself &#8211; I wouldn&#8217;t expect many salespeople to know what they are though <img src='http://www.blisstree.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Here are three different online sources for shisha mirrors in the USA:</p>
<ul>
<li>Treadle Art carries a<a href="http://www.treadleart.com/ZBeginning%20docs/Shisha%20Mirrors.html" target="_blank"> selection of shisha mirrors</a> online.</li>
<li>Vintage Vogue carries <a href="http://www.vintagevogue.com/onlinestore/cat177_1.htm" target="_blank">shisha mirrors</a> as well as metallic sadi thread.</li>
<li><a href="http://www.gittas.com/Products/Fibers_Threads/Rajmahal%20Art%20Silk/Rajmahal.htm" target="_blank">Gitta&#8217;s</a> also carries sadi thread, shisha mirrors as well as instructional books.</li>
</ul>
<p>Hope this helps!</p>
