I was browsing through my local Michaels Arts & Crafts store yesterday, when something caught my eye in the jewelry section.
They now have vintage-look sewing machine and scissor pendants!

The pendants are from the new “Manor House” collection by Blue Moon Beads. Unfortunately, I can’t find a link to buy them online, but you can always call your local Michaels and see if they carry them.

Okay vintage sewing machine fans – get ready for a hardcore, lust-worthy machine!
This baby is a 1940s, “Ultra” machine in the most yummy pearlized deep violet color:

Is that not gorgeous?
It was apparently made in India and runs on a hand-crank (those machines will sew through almost anything!). It could also be converted into a treadle or powered machine by someone who is familiar with vintage sewing machines.
Boy, they sure knew how to make those sewing machines pretty back then…
