For some keeping a journal is considered a form of therapy. Personally, I can’t help agree. There’s nothing like being able to just get something off my mind in the pages of my journal. Today was a perfect example for me. Since writing up a crazy incident that happened this morning over breakfast at a local takeaway food chain I’ve felt more grounded and at peace about the event. Visual Journal Course

While researching more about visual journals I came across an excellent workshop you might want to join. Journal Girl, otherwise known as Samantha Kira Harding, is offering an eight week course where the participants will strive to answer the question – “Who are we as journal artists?” The course is titled Artistic Alchemy Summer 2008 Workshop and looks to be a lot of fun with similar minded people.
