I’ve just received the latest Inspired2Write ezine from Susan Letham. As usual the ezine is packed with excellent articles and journal writing prompts. If you don’t already you should sign up for this ezine. The best part is that it’s free.
But what really caught my eye was one of the courses offered beginning October 2; Beautiful Words: Journaling and Art. The eight week course is only $US60, which is pretty good value when you see the course description.

There’s no saying you really must use a pen and paper, or computer, to physically write your journal. You may prefer to use a video camera to record your daily entries.
This style has recently been used in many of the reality TV programmes. You simply set up the camera, sit in front and begin speaking. You might like to take into account the visual nature of this journal style by making sure you at least brush your hair or wear a little make-up.
