Water is by far the greenest beverage you can drink – obviously it’s natural and free from things like weird colors and chemical flavors. However with the invention of bottled water some of the green factor has gone out the window. Make a Green Resolution: Recycle Your Water Filters

I’ve used Brita water filters for years, but I didn’t have an option to recycle them. That’s all changing starting January 2009. It’s part of the Filter For Good effort.
Whole Foods Markets and Preserve by Recycline are stepping up to help with the effort to recycle Brita water filters.
Starting in January, you can take your used Brita water filters to participating Whole Foods Markets or mail them to Preserve. If mailing, just package the filter in a small, used box and send it via ground shipping to:
