I don’t usually say, “Adorable” here that often, but this house is so darn cute. Not a water fan; but I could see living somewhere like this. It’s not only unique and cute, but peaceful looking.

Is there a catch? Yeah. I can’t find any info on this house, other then it’s in Berea, Ohio. I’ve been to Ohio, but it was oh so long ago, and I’m pretty sure I was never in Berea. So, all you Offbeat readers from Berea are going to have to come out of the woodwork and tell me about this cute little house.

I’ve thought this was a cool idea for some time, so, it’s about time to share…
This is the Maritime Youth House. Two clients own it (or did when arcspace reported on it). A sailing club and youth house are housed here, of course with different needs. Need one – boat parking spaces, need two – kid fun. I think they accomplished both.

This house was designed by the former PLOT architects – who I’m a fan of in most cases. This is such a great idea because it combines the elements needed seamlessly. You can see more great photos at [...]
Post from: Blisstree

This is such a great idea because it combines the elements needed seamlessly. You can see more great photos at arcspace or visit PLOT’s old website to see what they’re up to now; such as the formation of two separate and cool firms, JDS architects and BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group.
