Beat portion distortion and you just may lose more weight. A reader comment on a recent post about portion control led me to review Flavor Magic Portion Control Sheets, made in Canada by Real Chef.

I was paging back through some of our older posts and checking out the comments here at Burning the Scale when something caught my eye. I ran into this one about this one about diet pills producing minimal effects, which got me thinking about diet aids and one really, really interesting (albeit negative) post I read about Alli and its side effects over at a full-figured blog called Fatshionista.
