What You Drink Affects Weight Loss More

Perhaps unsweetened tea is the better choice. Researchers at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health looked at the relationship between beverage consumption among adults and weight change. They found that weight loss was positively associated with a reduction in liquid calorie consumption.
More surprisingly, liquid calorie intake had a stronger impact on weight than solid calorie intake. The study found that sweetened beverages were the only beverages significantly associated with weight change.

Lots of us want to lose weight, and when it’s all sad and done it really isn’t that difficult to do. Let me amend that…. losing weight takes effort and time, and IS hard to do… but the formula to lose weight isn’t rocket science.
As if we needed even more convincing, a new study has determined that eating “heart-healthy, low-calorie foods and exercising is the key to losing weight regardless of levels of protein, fat or carbohydrates.”
