Losing weight really doesn’t involve a scientific formula. It simply means you are taking in less than you are burning off. While it’s simple, it doesn’t mean it’s easy.

What You Drink Affects Weight Loss More

Perhaps unsweetened tea is the better choice. Researchers at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health looked at the relationship between beverage consumption among adults and weight change. They found that weight loss was positively associated with a reduction in liquid calorie consumption.
More surprisingly, liquid calorie intake had a stronger impact on weight than solid calorie intake. The study found that sweetened beverages were the only beverages significantly associated with weight change.
