As food prices hike and Salmonella seems to be leaching into everything, it’s no surprise that crafty eaters have started to turn to urban foraging. But one Chinese restaurant owner in Kentucky took it to unsavory–and unsafe–levels when, upon finding a dead dear on the Interstate, he brought it back to the establishment’s kitchen. Which may seem thoroughly gross to most of us, but according to a local news outlet, the owner said he didn’t know that you probably shouldn’t feed roadkill to restaurant patrons. More
