It amazes me watching the “Wife Swap” or any of those swapping
television programs.  While some can’t help but watch and wish that they could swap with some other family, others watch in horror and want to scream, “Why?”  I have found myself in both of these positions but when it all boils down to it, I could never do it. I wouldn’t be able to allow some other “mom” to come in and raise my kids…not even for a week.  Could you?

Earlier this evening I was in my office working away when I realized it was fairly quiet in the house. When you have five kids it’s never quiet. And it was raining out so I knew they weren’t playing outside. Something must be up. Had they all killed each other? Did somebody break in, tie them up and gag them? Who knew. But I knew I better investigate.
