An ex-corrections officer and a sheriff deputy on administrative leave claimed to have found the remains of a bigfoot last week in rural Georgia. They not only concocted an entire story about the incident – including having a “scientist” announcing that the remains were authentic who later turned out to be the deputy’s brother, and using a rubber Halloween costume for the body – but even after they admitted to the hoax they carried on as if the body had just been stolen. We are huge Meerkat Manor fans here. We actually didn’t start watching until season 3, and I’m not sure what actually prompted us to start recording it. I think the girls may have stopped on an episode and my husband and I got interested in it too, and we decided to make it one of our family night shows.
