Hey Shredders, how is everyone doing?!?! I’m so excited that all of you are trying it with me, I think it’s really helping me stay on track. Shoot me, shoot me now. I would do it myself but I’m too tired and my arms hurt. Kidding…mostly. This has been a rough week for sticking to the challenge. I didn’t even finish my 20 minutes yesterday. Like seriously, it’s ONLY 20 MINUTES. Exactly how lame does that make me? I often feel like caring for my toddler is like one extended work out session. So how’s everyone (all what, 4 of us) doing with the 30 Day Shred Challenge? I have soooo not wanted to do it this week as I have been having my lady time, you know my lady time. A big part of getting in shape is having the right equipment and gear. An unsupportive sports bra or shorts that keep riding up can ruin a workout. If you are doing any kind of serious running, you should replace your shoes every 300-550 miles. I have a good friend who is an avid runner and ends up replacing hers about every two months.
