Are you interested in writing articles? If so Dad Center is looking for volunteer writers to submit articles, advice, product reviews, do it yourself type stuff, and even recipes. There is a group of writers and editors but they are looking for people to submit stuff in. There is no obligation. So you can submit one thing and walk away or you can submit several articles.

Looks like there is a writer needed over at All About Fatherhood. For those dads who have always wanted to write, should consider the position. I know that since I started writing about being a dad it has not only helped others but it has helped me put things back into perspective.
