The final piece of the High School Musical puzzle has reportedly fallen into place. Zac Efron has signed a $3 Million contract to play HSM3’s heartthrob, Troy.  The other stars of the show had already agreed to return, most likely with pay raises – although Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Anne Hudgens aren’t revealing how much they will receive.
According to E! News, production on HSM3 will start in March, with Corbin Bleu, Monique Coleman and Lucas Grabeel also scheduled to return.
High School Musical 3 was originally slated to be a Halloween movie, however the most recent storyline rumors include prom and graduation.

We just finished watching High School Musical 2 and the reviews are mixed! My son and I prefer the original High School Musical, but the girls love High School Musical 2.

The Tivo is set to record at 8:00 tonight and the kids all got in the High School Musical mood last night watching High School Musical one.
My kids are already singing the songs from High School Musical 2 and working on the dance moves from the video of “What Time Is It.”
