You are very correct about trimming claws, etc at home. I never understood why some people brought their dogs in so often when they could just do it at home. Yet, there is that whole anal gland expression thing.. Eek. (I found this on Stumble!) We were able to go to Sams Club and buy a 40lb bucket of litter for the same as a 20lb bucket at the grocery store. It's not even generic, it was a well known name brand. We also were able to use the generic version of cat food. Oliver (the cat) seems to like it because he's gobbling it down!
