Remember the yummy recipe for Oriental Ramen Noodle Salad? Well, I made it again Wednesday for another church dinner. I was glad that there was a little left over for me to take home for lunch.

When I was 20 years old, I moved out of my parents house and into an overpriced hovel in New York City to begin a new life. While I worked in a big, cushy publishing office, my paycheck was anything but. As a result I subsisted on a steady diet of Ramen Noodles and mixed veggies.
