Great list Deb! Especially number one. This list is perfect. We just got some cooler weather and I am SO ready for it to stay. I hope it does. All of our list have me so in the mood for fall it’s not even funny!!
Great list! I’m so ready for cooler weather.
Great list (except the warm milk — yuck). The energy audit is a great one because I think more people need to know that they can do that. Also I love 49! And the tomato soup — my favorite cold weather food (with grilled cheese of course).
The exercise videos are a great idea. Last year I was motivated to go to the gym more when I realized a workout revved up my metabolism enough to keep me warm until afternoon.
Wonderful list! I too, am ready for cooler weather. Your list makes me just that more ready.
I can’t wait for fall – but I’m ready for fall the first time I sweat just walking to my car!
Excellent Blog! I love information like this! Thank you
Make big pots of chili and heat the house with the stove. Your going to cook anyway might as well turn down the termastat and cook.
