Everyone knows that the internet is full of hogwash and e-rumors. I love finding out whether they are true or false. This time one IS true. Sharon Davis Davis, budget analyst with the Deptartment of Commerce, helps bust this myth and loans credibility to the pharmaceutical world. With all the hype about prescription drugs these days, you can get overwhelmed. Some prescriptions can run you >$100 per month. So what is a girl, or boy, of any age to do? Well, there has been a report done in several cities by different reporters that busts pharmacies such as Walgreens and CVS for price gouging prescriptions. Turns out Costco is the best priced pharmacy in the country. Now don’t get upset. Yes, Costco does require a membership for everything but not for prescriptions. So there is hope for the rest of us. Check out these links and check it out for yourself. Let me know how your pharmacy stands up.
