Bleak Sales Mean Big Savings for You

saleDid anyone else notice that Christmas decorations were on sale well before Christmas this year?  And what about the Wal-Mart sales that were advertised before Black Friday?

Retailers are saying that this year’s holiday sales are the most disappointing they’ve seen in five years!  To make up for their losses, stores are turning to desperate discounting.  Expect to see stores offering early bird specials, additional percentages off their already clearance merchandise, and other steps to lure you in.

I was just at Belk Wednesday.  They were having an additional 50% off their clearance merchandise.  I used my gift card that I got for my birthday to get some tops I’d been needing.  It’s nice to get shirts and sweaters for 75% off.

Have you noticed unusually low prices this year?
