Blogging for the absent

I have missed you guys.  Sometimes, you might see a few days go by without me posting anything.  I just wanted to let you know what is going on in the Saunders world.  I work in a local hopsital in the Cardiac Cath lab 3 days a week.  So I have to be out of the house by 6:30am and don’t get home until 6:30 pm.  Lucky for me, the hubby drops off and picks up the baby when I work.  But on my days off, I can get a litttle crazy.  For instance, yesterday my schedule went something like this…

  • Get baby up, dressed, fed and out the door by at least 10am.  Shooting for 9:30
  • Fix a dessert for a pot luck at work
  • load the car with a baby present and pot luck dessert
  • Drive the 30 minutes to work  so that I can drop off the food that I don’t get to eat
  • stop by my girlfirend’s work so that I can pick up maternity pants that I loaned her that I desperately need
  • Stop by the church and pick up a check
  • deposit the check before lunch
  • Meet hubby by noon for lunch so the bsby can take a nap by 1.

That was only my morning.  Sometimes, I can only squeze in a post while the baby naps.  But since she only naps for 20 minutes once a day, if I am lucky, it gets tricky.  I love to blog but please forgive me if you go a few days without hearing from me and know that I miss you lots.  I check up on you though so you’d better keep commenting and reading everything Karen and I post or you might miss something.

There you go being nice again by making a dessert for a function that you’re not attending. We miss you when you’re not around. I know that life is hectic. Don’t forget to breathe!
