Don’t let high gym fees keep you from getting badly needed exercise. By walking just 30 minutes each day, you’re lowering your chances of getting heart disease and helping to keep your body fit. To assist you in your fitness regime, Pfizer is offering a handy tool to ensure you get the exercise you need. After taking a quick survey, they’ll send you a pedometer absolutely free! SimplyThrifty definitely approves. Now you really have no more excuses!
