How would you like to add some highlights to your hair without spending a fortune and without damaging your hair? The next time you’re sitting out the sun, saturate a cotton swab with vinegar and paint sections of your hair. The vinegar will speed up the sun’s bleaching process. The best part is no harsh chemicals.
