Great recipe! I am one that almost never follows a recipe to the letter. I did modify this one and the result was great. Used plain graham cracker crust and whipped heavy cream into the cream cheese and peanut butter mixture. Topped the peanut butter mixture with a dark chocolate ganach. Drizzled top of pie with same. Great!

Sorry I did not respond, Emily. I just saw your comment. The great thing about recipes is that you can change them around and experiment. I rarely make a recipe exactly as stated. Have fun, change it around, and let us know how it goes.

I just made this for Thanksgiving and it was a hit, loved by all. I took the advice of Madi and substituted carmel topping for the peanut butter drizzle and it did turn out great. You can’t have a butter combination of peanut butter, chocolate, and carmel. I’ll be making this for years to come.

I make this pie often for friends and family. Though I am young (just 16) I love to cook and this is one of my favorites. The first time I made this it was very difficult to do the drizzle. I recommend you use chocolate syrup to drizzle on top as it allows for a nicer looking finished product. I also recommend that you substitute the peanut butter drizzle for caramel, as it too comes in a bottle, and adds a little more variety to the flavor. Overall, an absolutely fabulous recipe!!!!!

This pie is delicious! I got the recipe out of a magazine years ago and I am FORCED to make it for our Christmas and/or Thanksgiving dinners every year since. So rich and decadent!
