DIY macro lensIf you look at some good macro lenses, your eyes will probably pop out once you learned how much these things cost.

Standard lenses that come with your digital SLR is good for general photography but for macro photography, you need a different lens.

This photo of the tip of a ball point pen was taken using a macro lens made from pringles can and some cannibalised lens and camera body covers. This guy created his own budget macro lens with a step by step instruction on how to do it.
