Energy Star appliances used in an entire housing development.

Want to save money on energy in your home?  I sure do.  I have been hearing on the radio all about the new Energy Star-qualified appliances.  But can they really save money?  Now, BYU’s online newspaper, has a great article on just how much you can save with these appliances.  Mapleton, Utah has recently unveiled an entire housing development using only Energy Star appliances. Very interesting.  You can even get a rebate just for buying these energy saving appliances.  Need a better excuse to get a new washer/dryer and save money both on the upstart and the every day use?
